We at Tabella Restaurant are dedicated to local foods and regional economies. Our menu names the farms and artisans who provide us with many of our delicious ingredients. But with the global supply of fossil fuels diminishing, and the widespread use of destructive agricultural practices increasing, our future depends on the availability of regional foods.
